Off Track


Last week was good as far as my workouts, a bit less than the week before, but overall very good. My eating however was totally out of control. Emotionally I was a mess and even ate at fast food restaurants all week. I put back on 7 pounds, ugh! I need my eating to be as disciplined as my workouts. I am not meeting my goals, I have yet to hit the 100 pound weight loss mark and it has been two years of consistent training. My marital situation, Rick’s passing and a move into a new job (management decision - not mine) really have me stressed out. I’m glad I at least have my training or I would have put it all back on.

I will persevere

Beware!

Okay, as Shannon pointed out, my last two posts have had guns in them and could make people think I'm uptight (only sometimes), crazy (no, just irreverent), or a maniac.

I assure you, I am none of the above . . . I am in fact, a teddy bear!



Just kidding! Really!


Had a rocking week with training! Over 7,000 yds in the pool and a total of 13+ hours of training. I still get excited when I think of the fact that I can move that much compared to two years ago this month, when I couldn't walk out the front door to my car in the driveway without being totally winded and in major pain. Yay! And did I mention that my chronic back pain I suffered with for 23 years is gone! Double yay!
